Shipping Policy

We ship all orders within 1–2 business days. Orders are mailed through USPS Ground Advantage or First-Class Mail, depending on weight and packaging.

To keep shipping costs low for flat items like stickers, we use postage stamps, which means tracking is not included. If you’d prefer a shipping option that includes tracking, just send me a message and I’ll be happy to arrange it!

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5–8 business days. Delivery times may be longer during holidays or other high-volume periods.

Lost Mail & Address Accuracy Policy

Untracked mail can sometimes be delayed. If your order hasn’t arrived within 14 business days, please contact me and I’ll be happy to review the situation and work with you on a solution.

Buyers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct. Orders sent to the wrong or incomplete address cannot be refunded, but I’m always happy to reship if you cover the new shipping cost.

Returns & Refund Policy

At this time, free returns are not available. However, your happiness matters. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me and I’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund.
